Financial service: interview and website usability testing

    In this study we will test a financial service in the UAE.


    The study is divided into two parts: the first part is a short interview about your financial habits and lifestyle, and the second part is to test the website flow end to end. We will validate things like interaction, usability and look & feel. The study will take altogether about 60 min and will be conducted remotely with participant’s (your) own computer. 


    All participants MUST live and work in the UAE, have an Emirates ID and a functioning UAE phone number.
    The participant does not need to be UAE native. 


    Each participant will additionally need to sign a one page long non disclosure agreement (NDA) due to the fact that the service tested is not yet launched to public.
